Privacy
Effective November 5, 2026. This notice describes the direct booking path for English for Global Work.
Information collected through the booking page
When you book a fit call, Google Calendar collects your first and last name, email address, and an optional short answer about what you want to make clearer at work. The call uses Google Meet. This information is used to schedule the call, communicate about it, and decide whether there may be a fit for services.
What not to send
Please do not provide identity documents, passwords, payment-card information, immigration details, health information, legal documents, confidential company information, customer information, source code, security information, or other sensitive material through the booking page or in an initial fit call.
How information is handled
Sarah uses the information you choose to provide only to administer the booking, provide agreed teaching services, and keep basic client records. She does not sell personal information or use it for unrelated marketing. This site currently does not use advertising pixels or analytics scripts.
Google provides the Calendar and Meet services used for booking and video calls. The site host may process standard technical access logs needed to operate and secure the site. Each provider has its own privacy practices.
Payments
This website does not collect payment details. If you choose to purchase a service, payment will be handled through the method identified in your written proposal or invoice, with that provider's separate privacy terms.
Retention and requests
Sarah intends to keep booking and client records only as long as reasonably necessary to administer services, meet applicable accounting or legal obligations, and resolve a question or dispute. To ask about your information or request deletion where appropriate, reply to your booking-confirmation email.
Recording
Sessions are not recorded unless each participant separately opts in. Recording consent is never a condition of receiving a lesson. If recording is later offered, Sarah will provide the details and a no-recording option before asking for consent.
Changes
Sarah may update this page when the booking, payment, or service process changes. The current version will always appear on this page.
For an employer-paid group program, participant information and confidential work material require a separate written agreement and participant-consent process.
